PROBLEM 6:

My brother always uses public libraries to do his online works. He has an important job and manage sensible information about clients and business. I think this is not a good idea to use public wi-fi connections to do so… What do you think and why

PUBLIC WI-FI:

TIPS

1.Use a Virtual Private Network (VPN): A VPN encrypts internet traffic, making it more difficult for hackers to intercept data. Should subscribe to a reputable VPN service .

2.Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for his accounts, if available. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second method of verification in addition to a password,

3.Update Software and Operating Systems: Make sure his devices, are running the latest operating system and software updates. These updates often include security patches that can help protect against vulnerabilities.

4.Be Cautious of Public Computers: Avoid using public computers for sensitive work. These computers can be compromised or infected with malware.

5.Educate and Practice Security Awareness:Should be aware of common security threats and best practices. Phishing attacks are common, so he should be cautious of unsolicited emails and links.
